We have posted a free pattern for anyone to download and use to make your own face mask. We have three sizes, one for a man, one for a woman and one for kids. Please feel free to share this with you friends, family and anyone else who you might think be in need of this pattern. Below are instructions on how to use the pattern and construct  and sew your face mask.

Preparing the pattern

Step 1 Download the appropriate pattern from the links above and cut it out.

Step 2 Cut out 2x lining fabric & 2x main fabric using our pattern (at the same time).

Sewing the parts

Step 1 Place the right sides of fabrics together (lining with lining & main fabric with main fabric only), pin and sew along the center front curved pieces together.

Step 2 Open the lining and the main mask and place the good sides together. Stitch along the top and the bottom of the mask (leave the two sides open, where the ribbon will be stitched).

Step 3 Pull out the mask from one of the ends.

Step 4 Cut out 2 x 50cm of ribbon (or you can add an elastic).

Step 5 Tuck the ends in, pin the ribbon on both ends of the mask and sew along to close the mask.
